15% All India Quota (AIQ) Counselling: MCC.nic.in has given a direct link to fill online registration form of 15% All India Seat Quota. As per the official cbseneet.nic.in, the 15% AIQ Seat counselling has to be conducted by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Online registration of 15% MCC AIQ Counselling starts from 3 July 2017. The candidate who has appeared/ opted for 15% ALL INDIA QUOTA COUNSELLING and found eligible after the NEET 2017 results can register online counselling application form.

New Registration facility for 15% All India Quota and AFMC will be starting from 12 Noon of 03/07/2017 and new registration facility for Deemed Universities/Central Universities and ESIC (for wards of IP Insured persons) will be started from 12 Noon of 05/07/2017.
ROUND 1 Counselling Started
Step1: Registration, Submission of Choices, view indicative seat allotment, modify & locking of your choices for final submission.
Step2: First round of 15% AIQ seat allotment Begins at MCC.nic.in portal.
Step 3: If your choice is allotted in the Round 1 then Report to the Allotted Institute, complete Admission formalities and give willingness as follows:, if you don’t want to join the Allotted College >> Candidates who have given the willingness to participate in 2nd Round
of Allotment as yes in 1st Round
Step 4: If your choice is not allotted in the Round 1 then you can participate in Round 2 of MCC 15% AIQ Counselling.
MCC Round-2 Counselling
NEET 2017 Counselling of 15% Round-1 result is announced before the Round-2 counselling starts.
Step 1: The display of newly added/vacant seats & also of anticipated vacancies (seats likely to be available after the conversion of Vacant Seats in category/subcategory and up-gradation of previously allotted seats with newly offered seats)
- Earlier Choices submitted by the candidate will be treated null and void. (Meaning, that your 1st choices are now treated null and voice, you have to choose choices again.
- Fresh Choices submission for seat allotment in 2nd round is mandatory.
Step 2: Candidates who have joined round 2 of All India Quota will not be allowed/permitted to vacant the seats.
Step 3: Exercise fresh choices, view, modify & lock choices
Step 4: MCC NEET 2017 Counselling Round-2 Allotment begins
Step 5: If you have been allotted the college of your choice in round-2, report to the institute with all the documents required.
NOTE: Joining at allotted Institution is necessary, if candidate allotted seat fails to join the allotted college/seat within stipulated time, before last date of joining (as per counselling schedule), the allotted seat will be cancelled and the candidate shall not be eligible to take part in further Rounds of the online Counselling.
