NEET 2017 Cut-Off/ Quota Reservation State Wise

NEET-UG 2017 Cut-Off Marks: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) under the guidance/ orders from Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India has conducted National Eligibility Entrance Test on 7 May 2017. According to the latest news & update, the exam was concluded very well with minor news of fake NEET 2017 question paper distributed via Email/ Whatsapp. This year, the NEET Bulletin was very strict in dress codes.

As per the Paper Analysis, NEET-UG 2017 is slightly difficult compared to the previous NEET Phase-II and Phase-I exam. Classification of NEET 2017 Seats

The Medical and Dental admission in India using the NEET 2017 scorecard seats are divided into the following categories.

(i) All India Quota Seats
(ii) State Government Quota Seats
(iii) State/Management/NRI Quota Seats in Private Medical / Dental Colleges or any Private/ Deemed University
(iv) Central Pool Quota Seats

Total NEET 2017 Seats

All the colleges runs under the Medical Council of India and Dental council of India are going to accept NEET-UG 2017 score card. The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, is going to issue orders to CBSE for counselling process. The result is going to be declared on 8 Jun 2017.

Total MBBS Seats: 65,000 as per CBSE
Total BDS Seats: 25,000

So, around 90,000 candidates is going to get admission in Medical or Dental colleges by using the scorecard of NEET-UG 2017.

A total of 11, 38,890 candidates registered for NEET 2017 exam including 1522 NRIs, 480 OCIs, 70 PIOs & 613 Foreigners.

Total candidate present in the exam were: 95% as per the CBSE press release.

According to the experts, this years cut-off for admission in MBBS/ BDS is going to be slightly low, 10-15 marks. Approx 360 is lowest marks for GENERAL-360 marks, UR-PH (460 marks high and 216 marks).
