Process of NEET UG 2017 Counselling/ Time Table for MBBS/ BDS Seat Allotment
The Medical Counseling Committee is going to conduct counselling for MBBS/ BDS admission 2017. The MCC & Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Government of India has responsibility for Seat Allotment/ College Wise Seats (All India Quota). NEET UG 2017 All India Quota Under Graduate Medical / Dental Seats ONLINE ALLOTMENT PROCESS – COUNSELING starts from 20-08-2017 (Round-1) and Round 2 counselling starts from 10th September 2017 etc.
Process of NEET 2017 Counselling
The candidate can check step wise process of MBBS/ BDS counselling 2017. The MCC is going to conduct all India Quota counselling. You can check seat matrix (college wise/ state wise).
Step1: Main Counseling Registration
Step2: Exercising of Choices, indicative seats and Locking of choices
Step3: Round 1 Seat Allotment Begins (MBBS/ BDS) (this is computer software process conducted by identified agency for MCC)
Step4: Result declaration of round-1 counselling.
Step5: Reporting at the allotted Medical/Dental College against 1st Round
Step 6: After 1st round, Publication of vacant seats available.
Step7: Fresh Choice Submission by eligible candidates for round
Step8: Process of Seat Allotment – Round 2
Step9: Round 2 Result Publication
Step 10: Reporting at the Medical / Dental Colleges /Institutions against Round 2
Step11: Round 3 Seat Allotment Begins (MBBS/ BDS).
Step12: Result of Round 3 Counselling and reporting dates.

Certificate & Documents Required
Below are the list of documente required for NEET-UG 2017 counselling or at the time of reporting the Medical and Dental college after Seat Allocation result.
- Admit Cards of Exam issued by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
- Result/ Rank letter issued by CBSE.
- Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
- Class 10th Certificate
- Class 10+2 Certificate
- Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
- Eight (8) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.
- Provisional allotment letter generated on-line.
- Proof of identity.
- The Candidate should also bring the following certificate (OBC/ ST/ SC/ PH etc).
Who is eligible for 2nd Round (Round-2) of allotment ?
Group–I: Registered candidates who did not get any seat allotment in the 1st round of seat allotment and have submitted fresh choices as per the vacancies shown before the second round of counseling.
Group-II: Registered candidates, whose 1st round allotted Seat Cancelled during the document verification on reporting for admission, who had secured seat under reserved quota, due to change of Category from reserved to Unreserved or PH status from Yes to No or from PH -1 to PH-2, subject to eligibility in changed category, such candidates will be considered for seat allotment in the next round of seat allotment, with changed Category, subject to availability of seat in respective changed category.
Group–III: Candidates who gave option for participation in 2nd round at the time of 1st round reporting at allotted institutions.
