Madras High Court Hearing of NEET 2017 case is on 7 June. In between a fresh Plea has been filed at Madras High Court to cancel Medical Entrance Exam conducted by CBSE on 7 May. As the result of NEET is not going to declare on 8 June until there is any decision on the plea filed by the students and parents.
The Madras High Court is hearing the case on Wednesday (7 June 2017) before that CBSE has to put hold on result declaration. The student are still waiting for the official answer key, but at present, there is no news about it. Some student are in favor of RENEET and most of are against the RE-NEET.
NEET was held on May 7 amidst controversies including question papers in various languages, including Hindi, English and Tamil, were not same and not of same difficulty level.
New fresh writ petition also has been filed in the Madras High Court seeking to cancel the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET-UG 2017) which was held for admission to MBBS and BDS courses for the academic year 2017-18. The Petitioner J. Gladwin prayed for admitting students to MBBS and BDS courses based on Plus Two marks. The court shall be hearing this issue in next week.
Justice M V Muralidharan, hearing the batch of petitions filed by some students has now directed officials of the Medical Council of India, the CBSE Director and the Union health department to file their counter affidavits on June 7.
NEET 2017 Official Answer key
One month has gone, the NEET was conducted on 7 May 2017 still the official answer key are not uploaded at www.cbseneet.nic.in portal. The student are waiting to check their total marks, bonus questions in Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
