Update (15 July 2017): Fill NEET Counselling Form Rajasthan NEET from 15 July 2017. As per the CBSE NEET-UG 2017 information bulletin Appendix-IV for state 85% quota official website. We have checked education.rajasthan.gov.in/medicaleducation and medicaleducation.rajasthan.gov.in to get information regarding Rajasthan NEET 2017 counselling timetable. The latest news we found is “Contact No. for inquiry regarding admission in UG (MBBS/ BDS) Courses for the NEET (UG)- 2017 cleared/ eligible candidates:- 0141-2601735 (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday toFriday)“. We have called 3-4 times (helpline number) but they are not picking up the phone. Rajasthan University of Health Science (RUHS) website is also not containing information regarding NEET-UG 85% state quota counselling registration, merit list, cut-off, timetable etc. In this article, we are going to update all the details regarding MBBS, BDS course admission in Rajasthan state based on NEET-UG scores. Other state ie. Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Punjab, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh state quota counselling registration has started.

Rajasthan (RUHS) NEET-UG 2017 Counselling/ College Wise Cut Off Score. Rajasthan Medical/ Dental Colleges Admission The candidate appeared in NEET-UG 2017 exam and are domicile of Rajasthan state can find useful information regarding MBBS/ BDS admission under the 85% state quota seats based on NEET 2017 score card (All India Rank). In the first phase, the CBSE is going to provide list of candidate who are eligible to appear in MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) National Level 15% quota as per their choice and ALL INDIA MERIT LIST. Additional documents for candidates applying for NRI seats
- Certificate in the prescribed proforma (available on the respective college website) on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- by father/mother / guardian certifying the contents of the registration/application form
- Duly notarized Undertaking in the prescribed proforma (available on the respective college website)by NRI father/mother / guardian, along with valid NRI status document. NRI undertaking must have been issued on or after date of NEET 2017 examination i.e. 07.05.2017.
- Address of parents and local (Indian) guardian

Rajasthan NEET 2017 Counselling
Below is the tentative schedule for Rajasthan state 85% seat quota (MBBS, BDS). The Round1, Round2, merit list, Rank Card download. As the 15% AIQ counselling registration has already started on 3 July 2017.
The remaining 85% quota in State MBBS or BDS seats are applicable for State Domicile candidates. The counselling process/ timetable for Rajasthan MBBS/ BDS is organised by Rajasthan University of Health & Science (Pratap Nagar, Jaipur). RUHS NEET-2017 cut-off marks for the colleges ie.

Reservation of Seats
a) 15% of the seats in Govt. Colleges will be reserved in MBBS/BDS Course to be filled up on all India basis conducted by DGHS.
b) 24 seats, 4 in each State Medical College (6 Govt. colleges) of Rajasthan of MBBS Course will be reserved for candidates selected under the Central Government pool. The Central Government Authority will fill up these seats.
Note: – The remaining seats shall be treated as the State Seats and will be filled up on merit cum- preference in Rajasthan MBBS & BDS Admissions 2017 with following reservations: –
c) (i) 16% seats, after excluding the seats of sub- clause (a), (b) above are reserved for natural born (not adopted) candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste as notified in the Presidential Order for the State of Rajasthan and who fulfill conditions as laid down in Clause-1. Not less than 25% out of the aabove-reservedseats shall be filled from girl candidates belonging to Schedule Caste.
(ii) 12% seats, after excluding the seats of sub-clauses (a), (b) above are reserved for natural born (not adopted) candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe as notified in the Presidential Order for the State of Rajasthan and who fulfill conditions as laid down in Clause-1. Not less than 25% out of the above reserved seats shall be filled from girl candidates belonging to Schedule Tribe.
45% of ST seats are to be for ST candidates who are bonafide residents of scheduled area (tribal area), not less than 25% out of the these seats shall be filled from girl candidates belonging to Scheduled area (tribal area).
(iii) 21% seats, after excluding the seats of sub-clauses (a), (b) above are reserved for those belonging to Other Backward Classes NCL as notified in the Presidential Order for the State of Rajasthan and who fulfill conditions as laid down in Clause-1. Not less than 25%, out of the above reserved seats shall be filled from girl candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes. Candidate must submit OBC Certifícate issued by competent authority in Rajasthan State (issued on or after 15.07.2016 and clearlv indicating ‘Non Creamv Laver’).
Note: The candidates from Jat community from Bharatpur and Dholpur are not considered under OBC NCL category.
d) 1% seats (in Government colleges) after excluding the seats of sub clauses (a), (b) are reserved on priority cum merit for the natural born (not adopted) sons/daughters of Defence personnel (serving / retired) of Rajasthan Origin, and para military personnel (serving / retired) of Rajasthan origin, horizontally. 50% out of these reserved seats shall be reserved for girls, unfilled seats will be reverted back to boys category.
As per the Kendriya Sainik Kalyan Board, the defence seat is admissible for only one member of the family. Only wards of Defence Personnel from Army, Air Force & Navy from serial 1 to 4 below are eligible for the scheme.
Priority order for Defence personnel of Rajasthan origin, in consultation with Director, State Soldier Welfare Board Rajasthan, will be as follows:-
- Widows/Wards of Defence Personnel killed in action. (Certificate Proforma 1 and 2A)
- Wards of those Disabled in action and boarded out from service/died while in service with death attributable to military service / disabled in service and boarded out with disability attributable to military service. (Certificate Proforma 1 and 2A)
- Widows/Wards of Gallantry Award winners. (Certificate Proforma 2C)
- Widows/wards of ex-service men. (Certificate Proforma 2B)
As per the Kendriya Sainik Kalyan Board, the para-military seat is admissible for only one member of the family. Only wards of Para-military personnel from serial 1 to 7 below are eligible for the scheme.
Priority order for Para-military personnel of Rajasthan origin, in consultation with Director, State Soldier Welfare Board Rajasthan, will be as follows:-
- Widows/ Wards of defence personnel killed in action (Certificate Proforma 1 and 2A)
- Wards of personnel disabled in action and boarded out from service (Certificate Proforma 1 and 2A)
- Widows/ Wards of defence personnel who died while in service with death attributable to military Services. (Certifícate Proforma 1 and 2A)
- Wards of those disabled in service and boarded out with disability attributable to military services (Certifícate Proforma 1 and 2A)
- Wards of Ex-servicemen and serving personnel who are in receipt of Gallantry Award (Certifícate Proforma 2B and 2C)
- Wards of Ex-servicemen (Certifícate Proforma 2B)
- Wards of serving personnel
e) 5% seats out of each category of 16% (SC), 12% (ST), 21% (OBC) and remaining General Category shall be further reserved on Merit-cum-Priority in each category horizontally for DISABLED candidates having permanent disability as per MCI and Govt. of Rajasthan rules. The Certificate regarding permanent Physical Disability including the percentage, issued by a Medical Board of Govt. Medical Colleges duly constituted by the Central/State government will only be considered. The UG Admission Board will finally verify the certificate of disability by a Medical Board at the time of physical verification. (Certificate Proforma 5)
As per Medical Council of India vide No. MCI-34 (1)/ 2003/ Med/ 11773 dated 14-072003 and endorsed by Govt. of Rajasthan vide P-5/2 ME/Gr.-I/99 dated 30-07-2003 &P. 6(2) ME/I/2001 dated 18-01-2005 and MCI amended notification No. MCI- 34 (41)/ 2008 med./ 54469 date 25-03-2009:
- Only persons with locomotors disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70% should be allowed the benefit or reservation under the Disability Act for admission in the medicine courses. This condition shall apply to admission in all medicine courses for reserved seats. The candidates having locomotor disability of upper limb will not be allowed the benefit of disability act.
Provided that in case any seat in this 5% quota remains unfilled on account of unavailability of candidates with locomotors disability between 50% to 70% then any such unfilled seat in this 5% quota shall be filled up by persons with locomotors disability of lower limits between 40% to 50% before they are included in the annual sanctioned seats for General Category candidates.
- The valid disability certificate of the candidate from a Medical Board certified by the State Government in various Govt. medical colleges will be considered and should not be more than 3 months old from the date of submitting this application for seeking admission in the reserved category for disabled candidates.
- The Candidates who have got themselves examined in the Medical Board constituted for 15% All India Seats through NEET 2017 by the authorized Medical Board will bring the certificate issued to them for physical verification.
f’) No reservation will apply on NRI/Management seats of all Medical/Dental Colleges and will be filled up as per All India NEET 2017 rank, open to all India candidates.
Note: According to admission regulatory committee in NRI quota description of ‘ward’ word – An NRI who undertakes to sponsor a student for admission as guardian need not be a blood relation hence the ‘ward’ in case of NRI admission means a candidate whose guardian is a bonafide NRI. ‘Ward’ does not mean related by blood.
