What document/ Items to Carry at Exam Hall (along with NEET Admit Card)

National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2017 exam is conducted by CBSE on 7 May 2017. The admit card is already uploaded on www.cbseneet.nic.in website. In this article, we are pointing out items to carry along with Admit Card and item that are banned. The NEET 2017 Dress code for male/ female candidates.  As CBSE has made very clear by providing self-declaration page before downloading ADMIT CARD. In the self-declaration page, you accept terms and condition and affirm that you shall follow all the condition mentioned in SELF_Declaration page.

Items to Carry with NEET 2017 Admit Card

UPDATE: Orginal Adhaar card or any other photo ID is required to bring along with the below items if your photo on admit card doesn’t match you. Wrong photo upload at the time of application form filling >>> read more

If your photo is correct, then you can bring Xerox of any photo ID.

The candidate is required to bring following at the examination centre

  1. Admit Card along with passport size photograph affixed on it;
  2. One Post Card Size Photograph affixed on the proforma >> What is NEET 2017 Proforma & how to Affix postcard photo
  3. One passport size photograph to be affixed on the attendance sheet. Candidates are advised not to bring any other item at the examination centres. There will not be any arrangement for safe keeping of any material at the centre. Neither CBSE nor centre will be responsible for any loss, delay etc.

Dress Code (Boys/ Girls)

Similar to JEE Main 2017 dress code, the NEET-UG 2017 male/ female has to follow strict dress code.

Allowed and Not allowed clothing

1. Slippers and Sandals only SHOES
2. Half T-Shirt, Shirt FULL SLEEVES Shirt or T-Shirts
3. Trousers Watches
4. Doctor Prescribed lens specs only Sun Glasses
5. Leggins Braclets
6. Lowers Rings/ Chain/ Necklace etc. (any type of jewelry or ornaments)
7. Plazzo Hair Clips/ Rubber Bands etc.
8. Salwar Big buttons, brooch/badge T-Shirts
9. Kurti (Half-Sleeves) Saree (Married or Unmarried)
10. Top Bangles not allowed (only married can wear)
11. Mangal Sutra

    • On the reverse side of the photograph, the candidate must mention his/her name, registration no, roll number of Examination.
